1. About these terms

This website, elegantwalls.store, is operated by Elegant Walls ("we", "us", "our"), based in Pakistan. We design and make laser-cut wall art, including acrylic, mirror acrylic, MDF and wood pieces, vinyl prints, wall clocks, calligraphy, nameplates, keychains and custom designs.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number and delivery address.

3. Products and descriptions

•        We make every effort to show our products accurately. However, photos are for illustration, and colours, finishes and reflections may look different on your screen and in your room.

•        Most pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Small variations in size (up to ±0.5 cm), colour, edge finish and wood grain are normal and are not defects.

•        Room photos and mock-ups show a suggested look. Furniture, lighting and other decor are not included.

•        Product sizes are given as the overall size of the finished piece. Please measure your wall before ordering.

•        We may discontinue any product, or change its design or materials, at any time.

4. Prices

•        All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

•        Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

•        Prices and promotions may change without notice. A price change does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

•        If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order. In that case we will inform you and refund any amount you paid in full.

5. Orders

•        Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone, or when we dispatch it.

•        We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when:

–        the product is unavailable;

–        the address cannot be served;

–        we cannot verify a COD order;

–        we suspect fraud or reselling;

–        there is a pricing error.

•        If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

•        We may limit the quantity of any product per customer.

6. Payment

•        We accept cash on delivery and direct bank transfer (IBFT). Other methods may be added at checkout.

•        For bank transfers, the order is processed once payment reaches our account. Please share your payment receipt with your order number.

•        Custom, bulk and high-value orders may need an advance payment. The amount is confirmed before production starts.

•        Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason may lead to advance payment being required on future orders.

7. Custom orders

•        For custom sizes, names, logos and designs, we send you a design mock-up and a fixed price for approval.

•        Please check spellings, Arabic and Urdu text, dates, sizes and colours carefully before approving. Once you approve, production begins, and we make the piece exactly as approved.

•        Changes requested after approval may involve an extra charge and extra time.

•        Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned after approval, except for damage or manufacturing faults. See our Return and Refund Policy.

•        Your content: when you send us logos, names, images or text, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We may decline designs that:

–        infringe someone else's copyright or trademark;

–        are offensive or unlawful;

–        disrespect religious text.

8. Religious and calligraphy pieces

We treat Quranic verses, the names of Allah and of the Prophet (SAW), and other sacred calligraphy with care and respect throughout design, cutting and packing. We kindly ask customers to hang these pieces in a suitable, respectful place.

9. Delivery

Delivery times, charges and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, weather, strikes or other events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, damage claims, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Installation and use

•        Our pieces come with mounts, hardware and/or adhesive as described on the product page, along with a simple hanging guide.

•        You are responsible for installation. Please check that your wall is suitable (concrete, brick, plaster or drywall) and use the right fixings for heavy pieces.

•        Remove the protective film only after installation.

•        We are not responsible for damage to walls, paint, wallpaper, wiring or pipes caused by drilling, adhesives or installation, or for damage to the product caused by incorrect installation.

•        Some adhesive tapes may mark painted walls when they are removed.

•        Keep acrylic pieces away from direct heat sources, open flames and long periods of strong direct sunlight.

•        Clean only with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Alcohol, ammonia and harsh cleaners can damage acrylic.

12. Clocks and electronic parts

Wall clocks come with a quartz movement. Batteries may not be included unless stated. Clock movements are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 month from delivery. Damage from impact, moisture or wrong installation is not covered.

13. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product photos, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Elegant Walls or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. This includes copying our designs to have them cut elsewhere.

14. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos of your installed piece, or other feedback, you allow us to use them on our website and social media to promote our products. We will not publish your full name or address without your permission. We may remove any content that is false, offensive or unlawful.

15. Website use

You agree not to:

•        misuse this website;

•        attempt to gain unauthorised access;

•        interfere with its security;

•        upload harmful code;

•        scrape content;

•        place fake orders.

The website is hosted on Shopify. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

16. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order and to provide customer service. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

•        Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

•        We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection laws.

18. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, power or internet outages, courier network disruption, strikes, government restrictions and public emergencies.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. Before going to any authority, we encourage you to contact us first; most issues can be solved with one conversation.
